Teri Gray, MPH is Co-Founder and CEO of PeopleSolutions Healthcare Staffing, Inc., a Veteran-owned, Woman-owned small business headquartered in Long Beach, California. Teri has been a driving force behind the company’s strategic and operational success since the company’s inception in 2011.  After high school, Teri served in the U.S. Navy at the Fleet Numerical Oceanography Center in Monterey, California. Once discharged, she earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Health Psychology from Cal State University, Fullerton and a master’s degree in public health from Cal State University, Long Beach.

Over the years she has worked as a Health Educator, Executive Director, Program Director, a grant writer and financial advisor.

Teri started her career in Community Health Education with the Los Angeles County Health and Human Services as a Health Educator. From there, she served as Director of Programs and Services at The Childhood Injury Prevention Center located at Harbor/UCLA LA BioMed. In 2011, Jacqueline and Teri joined forces and started PeopleSolutions.  Teri has worked to get on the Department of Veterans Affairs Federal Supply Schedule and in January 2019 PeopleSolutions was awarded a schedule and is now eligible for government contracting.

Teri is the oldest of five siblings and her interests include politics, animal welfare and writing. She has travelled to Japan, Thailand, India and Nepal where she trekked Annapurna Mountains in the Himalayas. Teri is also afraid of clowns.
